I’ve been with ANHosting for a year and overall I have to say I’m not impressed. It’s not the most awful host out there, but I notice downtime for a 5 to 10 minute period about 3 or 4 days a week. I wonder how often I don’t catch it. This is not good as I have paid ads on one of my sites, and the other is a classroom site that I need my students and parents to be able to login to at all times.
A couple times they have had big problems that was downtime even longer. When I contacted them they knew about the problem and they claimed to be working on it but downtime was extended and I would think a friendly email to customers telling them what was going on would be nice.
Easy to use Cpanel, lots of features, great price, auto install of lots of website platforms like WordPress and Moodle, but in my opinion downtime is a big factor in rating a website, and that’s where my problems lie with An Hosting.
Wish you had a rating specifically for that as that’s what I’d like to base my next choice in hosts on.
