I am currently using (and have been using for th epast 2ish years) Bluehost.com. They have a lot of nice features including unlimited hosting space and unlimited file transfer and a few nice features. They continually increase what you get for your money and only require that you open a new ticket if your site doesn’t get updated immediately with the rest of them.

Their support is always online and helpful, usually knowing the answer to your question on their own or willing to get a manager to help out. This is nice to have considering their costs are a little higher than other hosts out there (lowest being $6.95/month with a 2 year contract). They only offer 1 package which is nice and full of useful things for people to use (including free installation of forums, shopping carts, instant chats and the like).

For as long as I have used their hosting service then only times I have had a problem with my site being down is when I have been experimenting with various things, and using more than 20% of my server’s CPU.
