I have been with them for about 3 years now and really do like them. Once in a great great while I see the site is down and go onto their community boards to find out if anyone else is experiencing the problem. Usually they resolve it in the matter of a few minutes to a few hours depending on the problem. But this has only happened about twice in the last 3 years and only once since they went to the load balancing setup. Definitely a good deal.
